Breslow Named a Platinum Elite Azenco Dealer

We're proud to share some news with our clients, our architect and builder partners, and everyone considering an outdoor living investment with us: Breslow Design & Build has been certified as a Platinum Elite Dealer — the highest tier in Azenco Outdoor's newly launched Elite Dealer Program.

For the homeowners, designers, and commercial operators we work with, this is more than a logo on our website. It's a third-party confirmation — from the manufacturer itself — of the standards we've held this business to from day one. And it's the natural result of a long, close partnership we've built with Azenco over years of installations across New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.

A few words about our relationship with Azenco

Azenco is the French-engineered manufacturer behind the R-Blade™ motorized louvered roof — the product at the heart of nearly every outdoor structure we build. Their engineering, their fabrication tolerances, and their commitment to the long-term performance of the system are why we chose them as our primary partner and why we've never looked back.

Over the years that partnership has grown into something we genuinely value: regular factory training trips, direct access to Azenco's engineering and design teams, early visibility into new products and finishes, and a working relationship where our crews and theirs solve problems together in real time. When Azenco built the Elite Dealer Program to formally recognize their strongest partners, we were thrilled to be invited at the Platinum level.

What “Platinum Elite” actually means

This isn't a sticker any dealer can buy. Azenco's program has three tiers — Bronze, Gold, and Platinum — and each is audited annually against a specific set of standards. To hold Platinum status, a dealer has to demonstrate every one of these:

2. We've trained directly with the engineers who designed your product. Azenco's Advanced Training isn't a webinar. It's hands-on factory-level certification on the same engineering, fabrication, and detailing standards Azenco uses internally. When something complex comes up — an unusual roof tie-in, a long-span configuration, a tricky drainage condition — we've already solved it under the supervision of the people who built the product.

3. We see new Azenco products before they're public. As Platinum dealers, we hold a seat on Azenco's Board of Design, where we get early visibility on new finishes, configurations, and innovations — and a voice in shaping them. Our clients benefit from that lead time on every project.

4. Your warranty and service line is short and direct. A close manufacturer relationship matters most after the install — when a remote needs to be re-paired, a sensor needs calibration, or a component needs warranty service years down the line. As one of Azenco's top-tier partners, we have a direct line to their technical and warranty teams, which means faster answers and faster fixes for the people who actually live with the product.

5. The dealer behind the install is verified, every year. Reputation, financial stability, training, install volume — all of it is audited annually by the manufacturer. You're not relying on us to grade ourselves.
